Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of research products, returns are only accepted under limited circumstances.

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The order was incomplete

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Improperly stored items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or special-order items

Return Process

To request a return, customers should contact our support team with:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos if applicable

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Approval

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If approved, refunds may be issued to the original payment method within several business days depending on the payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses when applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Limitation

Nova Peptide Bio reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • Policy conditions are not met
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Product misuse is identified
